We can draft your Will from scratch or review and update your existing one. It is important to remember that a Will does not automatically come to an end on divorce but will end upon marriage (unless made expressly in contemplation of marriage).

A codicil can be prepared to update simple and straightforward provisions of an existing Will, at less expense to you.

Upon a persons death their estate will usually need to be administered, whether or not they have left a Will.  We can advise you on the process in all circumstances and can act on behalf of the Executors (with Will) or the Administrators (without Will) as required.

Advice can be provided on all aspects, including the possibility of claims against the estate and also to deal with post death variations, so as to minimise the effect of problems encountered with Inheritance Tax.
