Funding

The majority of the firm’s work is privately funded, therefore the client is responsible for the fees. However, during the initial stages, a full explanation is given informing you of how the fees are calculated and a likely estimate. Costs are continually updated throughout.
You may have a legal expenses insurance policy, as part of our service we will gladly assist in dealing with the insurance company. They may instruct that they will meet our fees on your behalf.

In certain cases the firm will also conduct work on a conditional fee basis, these are on a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement of which there has been much publicity. Taking cases on such a basis is entirely at the firm’s discretion. We will advise you at an early stage whether or not we think your case is suitable.

If you are paying privately, a standing order may be a good way to help you budget; we can assist you in setting one up. We also take payments by credit and debit cards.
